Lightroom presets are image filters that use a set of pre-saved settings, that are used to edit your photos to look brighter, richer, and generally more amazing. 

With presets, it’s super easy to edit your photos (sometimes with just one-touch!) with certain aesthetics and colours which just aren’t achievable with other mobile photo editing apps such as VSCO.  

This helps us save bucketloads of time when editing new travel pictures and it can help you achieve a similar look and aesthetic without having to learn editing techniques.

We’ve used Adobe Lightroom for Desktop for over five years, and have developed our own custom Lightroom presets during this time - it’s these presets that we use to edit all of our Instagram and Blog photos and that you can buy from us now. 

Mobile presets used with the Lightroom CC mobile app, which is available for both Apple and Android devices.

Each of our preset packs include the unique files used by Lightroom (XML for Desktop, or DNG for Mobile) for presets.

Mobile: Our mobile presets are designed to be used on the free Lightroom mobile app, which can be downloaded in the App Store or Google Play.

Desktop: Our desktop presets are designed to be used with Adobe Lightroom Classic, which requires a subscription to use. Make sure you have the latest version installed.

Lightroom Mobile CC is easy to use, even for beginners. If you’ve used Snapseed, VSCO, or even Instagram’s editing features, you should find it fairly easy. 

That being said, it can take time and practice to understand how to make tweaks and adjustments to your photos. 

We’ve included a simple guide for how to use Lightroom Mobile CC, set up our custom presets, how to apply the presets, and some super useful adjustment techniques to help you guys.

Yes, our presets have been designed and for use on both RAW and JPEG images.

For desktop presets, we recommend editing RAW images as this gives you greater control over the edits and final result.

For mobile editing, we often transfer RAW images directly from our cameras to our phones, and then edit on Lightroom Mobile. 

Don't worry if you don't shoot in RAW though - most mobile phones shoot in JPEG, which is why we also created mobile presets that work beautifully on JPEG format images.

Mobile presets have been specifically designed to be compatible with the Lightroom mobile app and phone photos. They're also not compatible with the Adobe Lightroom Desktop app. Mobile presets are best used as a quick way to edit your images on the go.

Desktop presets work for all image types, however they're primarily designed for images that have been taken on a DSLR camera (and RAW files). They can be used on both the mobile and desktop apps.

Yes and no. We've designed these presets to be simple one-click edits in most cases.

However, every photo is different, and lighting, colouring, and skin tones differ from one image to the next, along with differences in camera sensors & lenses, and mobiles.

Some minor adjustments may have to be made in the Lightroom app to compensate for these differences; we generally find tweaking the exposure, white balance, and skin tone to your desired effect will do the trick!

We use the free VN Video Editor app, available for download for IOS & Android

Absolutely - you can use any software or app that accepts .CUBE files (VN Video Editor, Premiere pro, Final Cut, After Effects, VideoLUT, Davinci Resolve to name a few). That said, we recommend using VN, as it's the same one we do and is also the one you'll see throughout our installation guides and references.

Absolutely! Once you've applied our filters in your app, you can tweak all the usual settings (exposure, contrast, colour, and plenty more) to achieve your desired look

Our video presets are optimised for mobile video footage, however they will still work on videos taken on your DSLR / camera.
