Shipping & Returns

The products currently sold on The Common Wanderer Shop are digital downloads, and therefore all sales are non-refundable and final. 

The only exception to this is if you do not download the digital file (we can check) and contact us at presets@thecommonwanderer.com within 24 hours of your purchase. 

If you have bought our presets or video filters and are unhappy with the results you're getting, send us an email with a full resolution picture you'd like to edit and we'll take you through our editing process in order to get the best results.
